Our filter
We only list deals we believe in
Our investor network trusts us because we are selective. We will only present deals we genuinely believe have potential — opportunities we'd happily back ourselves if capital wasn't a constraint. If a submission doesn't meet that bar, we won't list it. Not every deal will be accepted, and that is by design.
We work on a first-come, first-served basis. If two agents submit the same property, we will work with the first agent who submitted it and inform the second.
