One agreement, all future deals
Every investor signs a simple framework agreement at onboarding. This confirms that if you proceed to sign a promise of sale on any deal presented by The Deal Studio, a 1% project completion advisory fee applies on the date of signing. There are no other charges. No monthly fees. No access fees.
